Telisotuzumab Adizutecan (ABBV-400) is an anti- c-Met antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). Telisotuzumab Adizutecan consists of a humanized anti-c-Met antibody Telisotuzumab (HY-P99391), a stable and cleavable linker (TGA-Val-Ala-NH2-bicyclo[1.1.1]pentane), a topoisomerase 1 inhibitor (7-MAD-MDCPT) (HY-132162), and the drug-linker conjugate for ADC is TGA-Val-Ala-NH2-bicyclo[1.1.1]pentane-7-MAD-MDCPT (HY-171946). Telisotuzumab Adizutecan has a significant anti-tumor activity in advanced solid tumors, such as colorectal, gastric and non-small cell lung cancer[1][2].
