800CW acid 

800CW acid is an orally active near-infrared (NIR) dye (excitation/emission 774/789 nm). 800CW acid can be used for intestinal permeability testing. 800CW acid can be used for in vivo imaging studies^[1][2].

800CW acid (在 DSS 结肠炎模型中剂量为 2-6 mg/kg，在抗 CD40 结肠炎模型中剂量为 6 mg/kg 或 120 μg /只，在食蟹猴模型中剂量为 1 mg/kg；对于 DSS 结肠炎和食蟹猴：口服) 在 C57BL/6 小鼠 DSS 结肠炎模型、SCID 小鼠抗 CD40 结肠炎模型及食蟹猴非人灵长类模型中，均能灵敏检测肠道通透性变化，区分患病组与正常组差异^[2]。
