Animal Model: 4×106 NIH 3T3 MDR1 cells injected SCID mice (10-12 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 5 mg/kg, combinated with CsA (10 mg/kg, i.p.)
Administration: Intravenous injection (i.v.), single dose, 4 hours before administering Daunorubicin (5 mg/kg, i.v.)
Result: Significantly increased the drug content of Daunorubicin in tumors.
