Anti-Mouse PD-1 Antibody (J43) (200 μg，腹腔注射，在第 4、8、14、18 天给药) 在 B16F10 或 Colon 26 肿瘤小鼠模型中与抗 CD4 (HY-P990792) 抗体联合使用可抑制肿瘤生长[2]。
Anti-Mouse PD-1 Antibody (J43) (第 14 天给 500 μg/mouse，从第 16 天到第 32 天每隔一天给 250 μg/mouse，腹腔注射) 在炎症性 4T1 乳腺癌模型中诱导致命性超敏反应[3]。
Anti-Mouse PD-1 Antibody (J43) (200 μg，腹腔注射，每周两次，持续 2 周) 与 R428 (HY-15150) 或 SGI-7079 (HY-12964) 联合使用可提高 ID8 荷瘤小鼠模型的生存率[4]。
