Anti-Mouse TIM-4 Antibody (RMT4-53) 

Anti-Mouse TIM-4 Antibody (RMT4-53) is a rat-derived IgG2b κ type antibody inhibitor, targeting to mouse TIM-4. Anti-Mouse TIM-4 Antibody (RMT4-53) can block T cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain 4 (TIM-4). Anti-Mouse TIM-4 Antibody (RMT4-53) can inhibit the engulfment of apoptotic cells and T cell proliferation. Anti-Mouse TIM-4 Antibody (RMT4-53) can be used for the researches of cancer, immunology and metabolic disease, such as MC38 tumor and graft^[1][2][3].

Anti-Mouse TIM-4 Antibody (RMT4-53) (腹腔注射，在第 8、10 和 12 天给药) 与顺铂 (HY-17394) 联合使用可抑制负荷 MC38 肿瘤的 Atg5^flox/flox 小鼠的肿瘤生长^[2]。
Anti-Mouse TIM-4 Antibody (RMT4-53) (0.5 mg/mouse，静脉注射，缺血前 1 小时给药) 可减轻节段性 (70%) 肝缺血-再灌注损伤 (IRI) 小鼠的肝损伤^[3]。
