Anti-pan-Glypican Antibody (HS20) 

Anti-pan-Glypican Antibody (HS20) is a kind of human IgG1 κ human antibody, targeting to human pan-Glypican. Anti-pan-Glypican Antibody (HS20) can neutralize the heparan sulfate (HS) chains on GPC3 thereby disrupting the Wnt3a-GPC3 interactions leading to blockade of the Wnt3a/β-catenin signaling. Anti-pan-Glypican Antibody (HS20) can be used for the research of cancer, such as hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)^[1][2].

Anti-pan-Glypican Antibody (HS20) 可特异性识别 GPC3 上的硫酸乙酰肝素链 (HS)，也能识别其他糖蛋白聚糖 (GPC1、GPC5 和 GPC6)^[1]。
Anti-pan-Glypican Antibody (HS20) (10-50 μg/mL, 2 h) 可阻断 Wnt3a 与 GPC3 的相互作用，并阻断 HEK293-SuperTopFlash 细胞中 Wnt3a 诱导的活性 β-连环蛋白积累^[2]。
Anti-pan-Glypican Antibody (HS20) (25-100 μg/mL, 2 h) 可抑制 Hep3B 和 Huh-7 细胞中 Wnt 依赖性细胞增殖^[2]。
