Activin Receptor Type IA Antibody (YA1994) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to Activin Receptor Type IA.

Activin Receptor Type IA（ACVR1）是一种骨形态发生蛋白（BMP）I 型受体，参与骨骼、心脏、软骨、神经及生殖系统发育等多种生物学过程。作为 I 型受体，它与 II 型受体（AMHR2、ACVR2A 或 ACVR2B）形成异源四聚体复合物，在结合 BMP7 或 GDF2/BMP9 等配体后，被 II 型受体反式磷酸化激活，进而磷酸化 SMAD1/5/8 介导 BMP 信号通路（by similar：可能通过 p38 MAPK 激活非经典通路）。此外，ACVR1 还能通过干扰 activin 与 II 型受体的结合来抑制 TGFβ/activin 通路信号（by similar：可能与 BMP6 相互作用促进 HAMP 表达）。

  • Western blot analysis was performed on extracts from Mouse brain (lane 1, 15 μg), Rat brain (lane 2, 15 μg), and Mouse heart (lane 3, 15 μg) using Activin Receptor Type IA Rabbit mAb.Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight.The primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) and the loading control antibody (GAPDH, HY-P80137, 1:60000 dilution) were incubated in 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 1 hour at 37°C.Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1:20000 dilution) was then applied for 40 minutes at 37°C.
