CDC34 Antibody (YA2786) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to CDC34.
研究背景

CDC34 是一种 E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme，能够从 E1 ubiquitin-activating protein 接受 ubiquitin，并通过 E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex 催化其共价连接到其他蛋白质上。在体外实验中，它催化形成 'Lys-48' 连接的 polyubiquitination。CDC34 与 E2 UBCH5C 和 SCF(FBXW11) E3 ligase complex 协同作用，对 NFKBIA 进行 polyubiquitination，导致其后续的 proteasomal degradation。此外，CDC34 还通过 SCF(SKP2) E3 ligase complex 调节细胞增殖，参与 MYBL2 和 KIP1 的 ubiquitination 和降解。它还在 meiotic 和 mitotic 细胞周期中调控 cAMP-induced transcription，并通过靶向 WEE1 kinase 的 ubiquitination 和降解调节细胞周期 G2/M 期。此外，CDC34 参与 beta-catenin 的降解，并受人类疱疹病毒 1 蛋白 ICP0 的靶向调控。
