研究背景

GCET2 是一种参与淋巴细胞运动负调控的蛋白质，通过介导 IL6 的迁移抑制作用发挥作用。它作为 RhoA 信号通路的正向调节因子，通过激活下游效应分子 ROCK 增强 RhoA 活性，从而抑制淋巴细胞和淋巴瘤细胞的运动。此外，GCET2 还是 B 细胞受体信号通路的调节因子，通过激活 SYK 激酶发挥作用。
