Ihh Antibody (YA3011) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to Ihh.
研究背景

The related gene encodes a member of the hedgehog family of proteins. The encoded preproprotein is proteolytically processed to related generate multiple protein products, including an N-terminal fragment that is involved in signaling. Hedgehog family proteins are essential secreted signaling molecules that regulate a variety of developmental processes including growth, patterning and morphorelated genesis. The protein encoded by The related gene specifically plays a role in bone growth and differentiation. Mutations in The related gene are the cause of brachydactyly type A1, which is characterized by shortening or malformation of the fingers and toes. Mutations in The related gene are also the cause of acrocapitofemoral dysplasia.

  • Western blot analysis was performed on extracts from U2OS (lane 1, 20 μg) using Ihh Rabbit mAb.Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non - fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight.The primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) and the loading control antibody (beta-Actin, HY-P83730, 1:5000 dilution) were incubated in 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 1 hour at 37°C.Goat Anti - Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody (1:20000 dilution) was then applied for 40 minutes at 37°C.
