Antifungal agent 35 (compound 24) (0.0015-15 mM; C. albicans) inhibits fungal cell growth in a dose-dependent manner with EC50 value of 0.001 µM in the presence of fluconazole[1].
Antifungal agent 35 (compound 24) (0.0015-15 mM; C. albicans) shows potent activities (EC50 < 1 μM) against all resistant isolates in the presence of fluconazole[1].
