Cefixime trihydrate  (Synonyms: 头孢克肟水合物; FR-17027 trihydrate; FK-027 trihydrate; CL-284635 trihydrate)

Cefixime trihydrate (FR-17027 trihydrate) is an antibiotic and a third generation cephalosporin antibiotic, useful for the treatment of a number of bacterial infections^[1][2].

Cefixime 对临床分离的伤寒沙门氏菌具有良好的抗菌活性，MIC90 值为 0.25 μg/mL，并且对产生 β-内酰胺酶的 Amoxicillin (HY-B0467A) 耐药菌株也具有活性 ^[3]。
Cefixime 还对肠杆菌科细菌有活性，例如流感嗜血杆菌和淋病奈瑟菌^[6]。
