eCF309 (0.3-1000 nM; 5 days) exhibits highly potent antiproliferative activity against MCF7, MDA-MB-231 and PC3 cells[1].
eCF309 (0.3-1000 nM; 24 h) causes G0/G1 cell cycle arrest[1].
eCF309 (3-100 nM; 1.5 h) inhibits pP70S6K, pS6 and pAKT levels in MCF7 cells[1].

Concentration: 0.3-1000 nM
Incubation Time: 5 days
Result: Exhibits EC50 values upon MCF7, MDA-MB-231 and PC3 cells viability of 8.4 nM, 72 nM and 37 nM, respectively.

Cell Cycle Analysis[1]

Cell Line: MCF7, MDA-MB-231 and PC3 cells
Concentration: 0.3 nM, 1 nM, 3 nM, 10 nM, 30 nM, 100 nM, 300 nM, 1000 nM
Incubation Time: 24 h
Result: Caused G0/G1 cell cycle arrest.

Western Blot Analysis[1]

Incubation Time: For 30 min, followed by 1 h of serum stimulation
Result: Mediated a dose-dependent reduction of the pP70S6K, pS6 and pAKT levels in MCF7 cells, achieving almost complete inhibition of the phosphorylation of these targets at 30 nM.
