Emedastine-¹³C,d₃ fumarate  (Synonyms: 依美斯汀富马酸盐-¹³C,d₃)

Emedastine-¹³C,d₃ (fumarate) is the ¹³C- and deuterium labeled Emedastine. Emedastine is an orally active, selective and high affinity histamine H1 receptor antagonist with a Ki value of 1.3 nM. Emedastine is a benzimidazole derivative with potent antiallergic properties and used for allergic rhinitis, allergic skin diseases and allergic conjunctivitis[1][2][3].

Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs^[67].
