Laduviglusib (CHIR-99021) (GMP) is Laduviglusib (HY-10182) produced by using GMP guidelines. GMP small molecules works appropriately as an auxiliary reagent for cell therapy manufacture. Laduviglusib is a potent, orally active and selective GSK-3α/β inhibitor.

Laduviglusib (GMP) (20 μM，21 天) 将小鼠成纤维细胞转分化为神经元 (TAUEGFP-/TUJ1 阳性神经元细胞数量的增加)[1]。
Laduviglusib (GMP) (3-5 μM，2 天) 诱导体细胞向多能干细胞 (PS) 分化 (详细方法参见参考文献)[2]。
Laduviglusib (GMP) (12 μM，5 天) 将人类成纤维细胞 (HFF) 转化为功能性心肌细胞[3]。
Laduviglusib (GMP) (3 μM，4 天，hESC) 激活经典 WNT 信号通路，由 β-catenin 易位到细胞核[4]。
Laduviglusib (GMP) (在表达 MyoD 的 MEF 中) 可增强由 RepSox (GMP) (HY-13012G) 和 Forskolin (HY-15371) 共同作用所导致的增殖细胞数量的显著增加[5]。
