IL-20R beta 蛋白, Mouse (HEK293, His)

IL-20R beta Protein (IL20RB) is the beta subunit of IL-20 receptor, forms functional heterodimers with different subunit protein and involves in STAT3 activation pathway^[1]. The IL-20RA/IL-20RB dimer is a receptor for IL-19, IL-20 and IL-24. The IL-22RA1/IL-20RB dimer is a receptor for IL-20 and IL-24^[2]. IL-20R beta Protein is consists of 311 amino acids (M1-S311) with a transmembrane domain (234-254 a.a.). IL-20R beta Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc) is produced in HEK293 cells with a C-Terminal hFc-tag.

IL-20Rβ（IL-12RB）也称为IL-20受体（IL-20RB）的β亚基，属于II型细胞因子受体家族。IL-20R beta 在皮肤和睾丸中广泛表达，表达水平最高，在银屑病皮肤中高表达^[1]。

IL-20RB/IL-20RA 和 IL-20RB/IL-22RA1 通过结合 IL-20 发挥作用，然后通过 STAT3 刺激角质形成细胞系中的信号转导通路 ^[1]。
然而，银屑病皮损的角质形成细胞中 IL-20RB/IL-20RA 的表达均上调^[3]。

IL-2R beta^-/- CD8 and CD4 T cells isolated from IL-2R beta-chain-deficient mice is more sensitive to Con A or anti-CD3/CD28 stimulation, results in IFN-γ⁺ and IL-2 secretion increase in CD8 and CD4 T cells and IL-1 secretion decrease in IL-2R beta^-/- CD4 cells^[5].

IL-2R beta-chain (IL-2R2) deficient in mice results significantly more Ag-specific CD8 IFN-gamma+ and CD4 IFN-gamma+ T cells developed to locally applied DNA vaccines^[5].
