RSPO1 or R-spondin-1 activates the canonical Wnt pathway through ligand binding to the LGR4-6 receptor, forming a complex with phosphorylated LRP6 and Frizzled receptors. This interaction upregulates target gene expression. RSPO1/R-spondin-1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived RSPO1/R-spondin-1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag. The total length of RSPO1/R-spondin-1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is 243 a.a., with molecular weight of ~35 kDa.
