Unoprostone 

Unoprostone, a prostaglandin F2α analog, is a large conductance Ca²⁺-activated K⁺ (BK) channels and ClC-2 type chloride channels activator. Unoprostone reduces oxidative stress- and light-induced retinal cell death, and phagocytotic dysfunction. Unoprostone reduces intraocular pressure and can be used for the study of glaucoma, ocular hypertension and retinitis pigmentosa^[1][2].

Unoprostone (0.01、0.1、1 μM；在过氧化氢处理前 1 小时) 预处理，可浓度依赖性地防止过氧化氢诱导的细胞死亡，且在 0.1 μM 和 1 μM 浓度下效果显著^[1]。
用浓度为 0.1 至 3 μM 的 Unoprostone 预处理，可浓度依赖性地防止光诱导的细胞死亡；在 1 和 3 μM 浓度下效果显著。Unoprostone 可减轻形态学变化，并显著抑制光照引起的线粒体膜电位降低和细胞死亡^[1]。
Unoprostone 与前列腺素 F_2α 受体 (FP) 具有结合亲和力，Ki 为 3.86 μM^[2]。
