Acetazolamide sodium is a carbonic anhydrase (CA) IX inhibitor with an IC50 of 30 nM for hCA IX. Acetazolamide sodium has diuretic, antihypertensive and anti-gonococcal activities[1][4][5][6].

与对照组相比，高浓度 Acetazolamide sodium (AceH，50 nM)、顺铂 (Cis；1 μg/mL) 和Cis联合低浓度 Acetazolamide sodium (AceL，10 nM) 处理显著降低了Hep的活力-2 个细胞[2]。
与对照组相比，Acetazolamide/Cis 组合处理显著增加了 P53 的表达水平，因为 AceL+Cis 和 AceH+Cis 处理导致 P53 蛋白表达水平显著增加。与对照组相比，Ace/Cis 联合处理显著降低了 bcl-2/bax 表达比，并增加了 caspase-3 蛋白的表达。与对照组相比，AceL、AceH、Cis 和 AceL+Cis 处理显著降低了 bcl-2/bax 比值[2]。
