Fascin Antibody (YA445) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to Fascin.
研究背景

Fascin 是一种 actin-binding protein，含有 2 个主要的 actin binding sites。它能够将 filamentous actin 组织成平行束，并在 actin filament bundles 的排列、microspikes、membrane ruffles 和 stress fibers 的形成中发挥作用。Fascin 对于 filopodia 等多种细胞突起的形成以及细胞运动和迁移至关重要。此外，它还能介导 actin cytoskeleton 的重组，并在 NGF 刺激下促进 axon growth cone collapse。by similar 的研究表明，Fascin 在细胞骨架动态调控中具有广泛的功能。
