Nogo B Receptor Antibody (YA1414) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to Nogo B Receptor.
研究背景

Nogo B Receptor 与 DHDDS 共同形成脱氢多油醇二磷酸合酶(DDS) 复合物，是 dolichol monophosphate (Dol-P) 生物合成机制的关键组成部分。两个亚基均参与酶活性，即将多个 isopentenyl pyrophosphate (IPP) 缩合为 farnesyl pyrophosphate (FPP)，生成 dehydrodolichyl diphosphate (Dedol-PP)，作为 dolichol phosphate 的前体，后者在内质网 (ER) 中充当蛋白质糖基化的糖载体。该复合物主要合成长链多萜醇，链长多为 C95 和 C100。此外，Nogo B Receptor 通过调节 NPC2 的糖基化和稳定性，促进 LDL 来源的胆固醇运输，并作为神经和心血管调节因子 Nogo-B 的 N 端特异性受体。
