NOP10 Antibody (YA3116) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to NOP10.

The related gene is a member of the H/ACA snoRNPs (small nucleolar ribonucleoproteins) related gene family. snoRNPs are involved in various aspects of rRNA processing and modification and have been classified into two families: C/D and H/ACA. The H/ACA snoRNPs also include the DKC1, NOLA1 and NOLA2 proteins. These four H/ACA snoRNP proteins localize to the dense fibrillar components of nucleoli and to coiled (Cajal) bodies in the nucleus. Both 18S rRNA production and rRNA pseudouridylation are impaired if any one of the four proteins is depleted. The four H/ACA snoRNP proteins are also components of the telomerase complex. The related gene encodes a protein related to Saccharomyces cerevisiae Nop10p.

  Western blot analysis was performed on extracts from 293 (lane 1, 15 μg), Jurkat (lane 2, 15 μg), COLO320 (lane 3, 15 μg), and Raji (lane 4, 15 μg) using NOP10 Rabbit mAb.Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight.The primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) and the loading control antibody (GAPDH, HY-P80137, 1:60000 dilution) were incubated in 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 1 hour at 37°C.Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1:20000 dilution) was then applied for 40 minutes at 37°C.
