功能：参与四氢生物蝶呤的生物合成 (基于相似性)。似乎既能抑制 7-蝶呤的形成，又能加速醌类-BH2 的形成。HNF1A 依赖性转录的共激活因子 (基于相似性)。调节同源域蛋白 HNF1A 的二聚化并增强其转录活性 (基于相似性)。也作为 HNF1B 依赖性转录的共激活因子 (PubMed:24204001)。
