Rad21 抗体 (YA3546)

Rad21 Antibody (YA3546) is a Mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 monoclonal antibody, targeting to Rad21.

RAD21 是 cohesin 复合体的成员，参与从 S 期 DNA 复制到有丝分裂中姐妹染色单体分离的黏连过程，这一功能对染色体正确分离、复制后 DNA 修复以及防止重复区域间异常重组至关重要。cohesin 复合体还可能在有丝分裂中参与纺锤体极组装。在间期，cohesins 可能通过结合基因组多个位点调控基因表达（by similar）。它可能控制 RUNX1 基因表达（Probable），并能结合并抑制 APOB 基因启动子。此外，RAD21 可能在胚胎肠道发育中发挥作用，可能通过调控肠神经元发育实现（by similar），并可能促进细胞凋亡。

• 
  Immunocytochemistry analysis of Hela cells labeling RAD21 with RAD21 Antibody (HY-P83849) at 1/50 dilution. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 15 minutes at room temperature, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 for 10 minutes at room temperature, then blocked with QuickBlock™ Blocking Buffer for Immunol Staining for 10 min at room temperature. Cells were then incubated with RAD21 Antibody (HY-P83849) at 1/50 dilution in QuickBlock™ Blocking Buffer for Immunol Staining at 4 ℃. Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L（HY-P8005, Green) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution. PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the secondary antibody only control. The Nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue).

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue using RAD21 Antibody. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 2 minutes. The tissues were blocked in QuickBlock for 20 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody at 1/100 dilution in 4℃ overnight. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. Tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
