ATP-Red 1 (solution) is a multisite-binding switchable fluorescent probe, and can selectively and rapidly responds to intracellular concentrations of ATP in living cells (Ex/Em = 510/590 nm).

(In Vitro)

1. 溶液配制
1.1 工作液配制
用 PBS 或无血清细胞培养基稀释至 1-10 μM (根据实验优化)。
注意：工作液应立即配制并使用，并避光保存。母液应分装保存，避免反复冻融

2.细胞染色
2.1 将细胞分散并悬浮于 96 孔板中的 100 μL PBS 中，密度为 2×105。
2.2 加入 ATP-Red 1，终浓度为 5-10 μM。
2.3 室温或 37°C 孵育细胞 15 分钟 (活细胞成像最多可孵育 30 分钟)。
2.4 移除 ATP-Red 1 工作溶液。
2.5 使用荧光显微镜 (Ex/Em = 510/590 nm) 进行分析。
