HDAC-IN-93 is a HDAC inhibitor with promising total pan-HDAC inhibitory activity. HDAC-IN-93 demonstrates significant broad-spectrum antiproliferative activity across various cancer cell lines. HDAC-IN-93 induces cell apoptosis along with necrosis. HDAC-IN-93 can be used for the studies of prostate cancer and breast cancer[1].

HDAC-IN-93 (Compound 17) 对多种癌细胞系敏感，对前列腺癌 PC-3 细胞和乳腺癌 MCF-7 细胞尤其有效，IC50 值分别为 4.1 μM 和 20.8 μM[1]。
HDAC-IN-93 (4.1 μM, 24 h) 可显著增加 SubG0-G1 期细胞数量，并诱导 MCF-7 细胞早期凋亡[1]。
