Maydispenoid B (compound 3) exhibits potential inhibitory activity in anti-CD3/anti-CD28 monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) stimulated murine splenocytes proliferation, with an IC50 value of 9.38 μM, respectively[1].
Maydispenoid B suppresses the murine splenocytes proliferation activated by lipopolysaccharide (LPS), with an IC50 value of 16.82 μM, respectively[1].
