MCI-225 (DDP-225) hydrate hydrochloride is a selective and orally active noradrenaline (NA) reuptake inhibitor with 5-HT3 receptor antagonism. MCI-225 hydrate hydrochloride has antidepressant-like and anxiolytic-like properties. MCI-225 hydrate hydrochloride can be used for the study of anxiety disorder[1][2].

(In Vivo)

在大鼠社交互动 (SI) 测试中，MCI-225 (10 和 30 mg/kg，口服) hydrate hydrochloride 在强光条件下显著增加大鼠对陌生同伴的社交互动，且不影响其活动能力。单次给药和连续 5 天给药的 MCI-225 (10 mg/kg，口服) hydrate hydrochloride 均表现出相似的抗焦虑样作用[1]。
在大鼠 Morris 水迷宫任务中，MCI-225 (1-10 mg/kg，口服) hydrate hydrochloride 可减轻 Scopolamine (HY-N0296) (0.5 mg/kg，腹腔注射) 引起的空间学习障碍[2]。
在被动回避 (PA) 任务中，训练前口服 MCI-225 (1-30 mg/kg) hydrate hydrochloride 可剂量依赖性地减轻大鼠二氧化碳 (CO2) 诱导的遗忘症[2]。
口服 MCI-225 (1-100 mg/kg) hydrate hydrochloride 不影响大鼠总体行为[2]。
