Myelin Oligodendrocyte Glycoprotein Peptide (35-55), mouse, rat induces Th1 cytokine response as well as relatively high levels of IgG antibodies. Myelin Oligodendrocyte Glycoprotein Peptide (35-55), mouse, rat produces a relapsing-remitting neurological disease with extensive plaque-like demyelination[1][2][3].

Myelin Oligodendrocyte Glycoprotein Peptide (35-55), mouse, rat (MOG (35-55); 0-50 μg/mL; 72 h; lymph nodes cells) induces T cell proliferative and secretes Th1 cytokines including IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-10, IL-4 and IL-5. Myelin Oligodendrocyte Glycoprotein Peptide (35-55), mouse, rat increases the level of IgG[1].

3.  If the peptide still does not dissolve, add DMSO (50-100 μL) to solubilize the peptide.

2.  If water fails, try dissolving the peptide in a 10%-30% acetic acid solution.
3.  If the peptide still does not dissolve, try dissolving the peptide in a small amount of DMSO.
Zero (=0) 1.  Try to dissolve the peptide in organic solvent (acetonitrile, methanol, etc.) first.
2.  For very hydrophobic peptides, try dissolving the peptide in a small amount of DMSO, and then dilute the solution with water to the desired concentration.
