IL-20R beta 蛋白, Rat (HEK293, Fc)

IL-20R beta Protein (IL20RB) is the beta subunit of IL-20 receptor, forms functional heterodimers with different subunit protein and involves in STAT3 activation pathway^[1]. IL-20R beta Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is produced in HEK293 cells with a full length of 225 amino acids and a C-Terminal His-tag.

IL-20Rβ（IL-12RB）也称为IL-20受体（IL-20RB）的β亚基，属于II型细胞因子受体家族。IL-20R beta 在皮肤和睾丸中广泛表达，表达水平最高，在银屑病皮肤中高表达^[1]。
IL-20R beta 与不同亚基蛋白形成功能性异二聚体。IL-20R beta 通过与 IL20RA 二聚化而充当 IL-19、IL-20 和 IL-24 的受体，但通过与 IL-22RA1 二聚化而充当 IL-20 和 IL-24 的受体^[2] 。
IL-20RB/IL-20RA 和 IL-20RB/IL-22RA1 通过结合 IL-20 发挥作用，然后通过 STAT3 刺激角质形成细胞系中的信号转导通路 ^[1]。
然而，银屑病皮损的角质形成细胞中 IL-20RB/IL-20RA 的表达均上调^[3]。
IL-20RB/IL-20RA 和 IL-20RB/IL-22RA1 与 IL-24 结合，诱导 Stat-1 和 Stat-3 转录因子快速激活，这似乎在细胞存活和增殖中发挥作用 ^[4]。

IL-2R beta/IL2RA is a receptor complex for IL-19. IL-2R beta is significantly up-regulated after IL-19 treatment (2 mg/kg; i.v. via tail wein; once daily for one week) in epidural fibrosis (EF) rats model^[5].
rIL-19 treatment improved hematoma clearance and attenuated neurological deficits induced by GMH, which was mediated through the upregulation of the IL-2R1/ERK/Nrf2 pathways^[6].
