Resazurin sodium (solution) 

Resazurin sodium (Diazoresorcinol sodium) (solution) is a non-toxic, stable, membrane-permeable blue non-fluorescent dye (faintly fluorescent). Resazurin sodium is used as a redox indicator, can be reduced to pink, highly fluorescent Resorufin (Ex=530-560 nm, Em=590 nm) in living cells. Resazurin sodium can be used for the detection of cell viability, toxicity, proliferation, migration and invasion in cells (human, plant and animal, bacterial and fungal) ^[1][2][3].

1.溶液配制^[2][3]
1.1 原液保存
储存：分装后，-20°C 或 -80°C 避光保存。避免反复冻融。
1.2 工作液配制
用 PBS 或无血清培养基稀释。可根据实际情况稀释相应的储备液。注意，如果溶剂为 DMSO，则必须考虑 DMSO 的细胞毒性，并应制备溶剂对照；如果溶剂为纯水，则工作液在加入细胞前需要过滤并除菌。
注意：工作液应立即配制并使用，避光保存。

2. 细胞活力
1. 在 37°C 水浴中解冻 Resazurin sodium 溶液。
2. 将细胞放在 96 孔板上，用 PBS 清洗 (避免光照)。
3. 去除 PBS 清洗液，然后加入 100 μL (1 μg/mL) 的 Resazurin sodium 溶液。
4. 将板放在培养箱中 30 分钟 (培养时间取决于细胞类型和细胞数量)。
5. 使用微孔板读数仪测量 Resazurin sodium 荧光 (Ex=530-560 nm，Em=590 nm)。
