Serplulimab  (Synonyms: 斯鲁利单抗; HLX 10)

Serplulimab (HLX 10) is a humanized anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody. Serplulimab can inhibit tumor growth, regulate the tumor microenvironment, and has anti-tumor activity. Serplulimab can be used in the research of cancer such as lung cancer and colon cancer^[1][2].

Serplulimab (10 μg/mL; 0-16 h) 在 Jurkat-PD-1 细胞中，可升高 AKT1/2/3 (T308)、AKT1/2/3 (S473) 和 STAT3 (Y705) 磷酸化水平，以响应 PD-1 信号阻断^[1]。
