Anti-GC1q R/C1QBP Antibody (60.11) (100 mg/kg，腹腔注射，在 MDA231 细胞植入后第 3 天或第 13 天开始，每周两次) 可抑制 MDA231 乳腺癌小鼠 (无胸腺 nu/nu 小鼠) 的肿瘤生长[1]。
Anti-GC1q R/C1QBP Antibody (60.11) (100 或 200 mg/kg，腹腔注射，单剂量) 在金黄色葡萄球菌 (S. aureus) 菌株 RN6390 诱导的感染性心内膜炎 (IE) 大鼠中具有抗感染作用[2]。

Animal Model: MDA231 breast cancer mice models(5-6 week, female, athymic nu/nu mice)[1]
Dosage: 100 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, twice a week from 3 days after MDA231 cell implantation
Result: Reduced MDA231 tumor volume.
Increased early and late apoptosis markers, cleaved caspase 3 and TUNEL.
Reduced CD31-positive structures.
Animal Model: S. aureus strain RN6390 induced infective endocarditis (IE) rat[2]
Dosage: 100 or 200 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, a single dose
Result: Reduced S. aureus densities in aortic valve vegetations, kidneys, and spleens.
