Animal Model: C57BL/6 mice were grafted with allogeneic tail skin on the right flank (female, 8-12 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 1 mg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection
Result: Reduced B cells, follicular B cells and GC B cells.
Upregulated HVEM expression on follicular and extrafollicular allogeneic Th cells.
Enhanced HVEM expression in both draining (ongoing alloreactive response) and non-draining (resting non-inflammatory response) LNs.
Animal Model: C57BL/6 J mice were challenged with WF-3/Luc tumor cells[2]
Dosage: 10 and 20 μg/mouse
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, at day 3
Result: Suppressed tumor growth.
Displayed the highest survival rate combined with paclitaxel (Hy-B0015).
Animal Model: Btla or Tnfrsf14-deficient genetic models[3]
Dosage: 100 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, twice per week for two weeks
Result: Consistently increased the frequency of both Tfh and Tfr cells within PPs.
Animal Model: Lethal model of graft versus host disease (GVHD) [4]
Dosage: 10 µg/g
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection
Result: Eliminated weight loss, histological changes, and clinical signs of graft versus host disease.
Allowed for the expansion of preexisting donor-derived T reg cells by inhibiting T eff cell proliferation.
Increased frequency of CD4+ Foxp3+ cells.
Did not lead to global immunosuppression.
