Animal Model: Salmonella typhimurium infectious mice models (Nr2f6-deficient mice)[2]
Dosage: 100 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, one day prior to infection and at days 1 and 2 post-infection
Result: Showed body weight loss.
Increased splenic and liver bacterial counts.
Increased CD172a-positive cells and abolished Sirp𝛼 (CD172a)-positive CD45+ blood cells.
Animal Model: The diabetic Rag22/2 c chain 2/2 mice were injected by mCD47-INS-1E or cont-INS-1E cells or CFSE-labeled congenic T cells[3]
Dosage: /
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, 24 h before cells injection
Result: Failed to achieve normoglycemia.
Did not induce phagocytosis of congenic cells.
