Anti-Mouse Delta-like protein 4/DLL4 Antibody (HMD4-2) is an anti-mouse Delta-like protein 4/DLL4 IgG monoclonal antibody. Anti-Mouse Delta-like protein 4/DLL4 Antibody (HMD4-2) can reduce angiogenesis and density by blocking the DLL4-Notch signaling pathway. Anti-Mouse Delta-like protein 4/DLL4 Antibody (HMD4-2) reduces inflammatory response by decreasing NF-κB activity and pro-inflammatory factors (IL-1β, iNOS, IL-6) levels. Anti-Mouse Delta-like protein 4/DLL4 Antibody (HMD4-2) can inhibit Th17 cell differentiation and IL-17A production. Anti-Mouse Delta-like protein 4/DLL4 Antibody (HMD4-2) can reduce macrophage infiltration and alleviate insulin resistance. Anti-Mouse Delta-like protein 4/DLL4 Antibody (HMD4-2) can be used for researches on inflammation, metabolic conditions and cancer such as atherosclerosis, pancreatic cancer and asthma[1][2][3][4].

Animal Model: Balb/c mice with a sub-lethally irradiation (6-8 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 12.5 µg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once every 2 days or every 3 days, for 15 days
Result: Increased CD31+, VE Cadherin+ and c-kit+ vascular density.
Increased megakaryocytes (CD41+) and myeloid cells (CD11b+).
Reduced B (B220+) and T (CD3+) lymphocytes.
Upregulated the mRNA levels of IGFbp2/3, Angpt2, DLL4, DHH, and VEGF-A.
Downregulated the levels of FGF1 and CSF2.
Animal Model: 1×107 PK-1 cells injected male SCID mice (6-8 weeks)[2]
Dosage: 250 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), twice a week, for 5 weeks
Result: Significantly inhibited tumor volume.
Significantly reduced the generation and density of blood vessels.
Did not cause significant toxicity or tissue damage.
Animal Model: Ldlr-/- mice and Lepob/Lepob mice with a high fat and high cholesterol diet (8 weeks)[3]
Dosage: 250 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), twice a week, for 12 weeks
Result: Reduced plaque area and MCP-1 and macrophage infiltration.
Increased collagen and reduced calcification.
Reduced fat weight and made fat cells smaller.
Reduced fasting insulin levels.
Decreased NF-κB activity and expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β, iNOS, IL-6).
Animal Model: TDI (0.3% ear application and 3% nebulized inhalation) induced female BALB/c mice (6-8 weeks)[4]
Dosage: 250 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day 15, 18 and 21
Result: Significantly reduced airway hyperreactivity (AHR) and airway inflammation score.
Significantly improved epithelial damage.
Significantly reduced the total number of inflammatory cells in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF), collagen deposition and airway smooth muscle (α-SMA).
Significant decreased in the proportion of Th17 and Th1 cells.
Significant decreased in IL-17A and RORγt levels.
