Anti-Mouse/Human Integrin β7 Antibody (FIB504) is an anti-mouse/human Integrin β7 IgG2a monoclonal antibody. Anti-Mouse/Human Integrin β7 Antibody (FIB504) can reduce the residence of type 2 innate lymphoid cells (ILC2s). Anti-Mouse/Human Integrin β7 Antibody (FIB504) can be used for researches on inflammation conditions and cancer such as lupus nephritis and glioma[1][2].

Anti-Mouse/Human Integrin β7 Antibody (FIB504) (500 μg，腹腔注射，第 7、9 和 11 天) 可减少自发性狼疮模型雌性 MRL-lpr 小鼠中 2 型先天淋巴细胞 (ILC2s) 的数量[1]。
Anti-Mouse/Human Integrin β7 Antibody (FIB504) (100 μg/mL 抗体预处理的 MDSCs，静脉注射，单次剂量，第 4 天或第 7 天) 不会显著影响携带 GL261 或 SB28 肿瘤的 C57BL/6 小鼠的存活期[2]。

Animal Model: Imiquimod (HY-B0180) (2.5 mg) induced female MRL-lpr mice (5-8 weeks and 16 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 500 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day 7, 9 and 11
Result: Significantly reduced the residence of renal ILC2s.
Animal Model: 25000 GL261 or 10000 SB28 cells injected C57BL/6 mice (4 weeks)[2]
Dosage: 100 μg/mL antibody pretreated MDSCs
Administration: Intravenous injection (i.v.), single dose, on day 4 or day 7
Result: Did not significantly alter the survival period of mice.
Increased the number of macrophages.
