Anti-Mouse L-Selectin/CD62L Antibody (Mel-14) is an anti-mouse L-Selectin/CD62L IgG2a monoclonal antibody. Anti-Mouse L-Selectin/CD62L Antibody (Mel-14) can significantly inhibit the migration of T cells and B cells. Anti-Mouse L-Selectin/CD62L Antibody (Mel-14) can block initial lymphocyte homing. Anti-Mouse L-Selectin/CD62L Antibody (Mel-14) can be used for researches on inflammation, metabolic and infection conditions such as diabetes and parasitic infections[1][2][3][4].

Animal Model: LDBM and LPS (HY-D1056) induced CD57BL/6 mice (8-10 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 200 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), single dose
Result: Significantly inhibited the migration of B lymphocytes to regional lymph nodes, but did not affect the migration of granulocyte-macrophage progenitor (GMP) to regional lymph nodes.
Animal Model: Wild type CD57BL/6 mice (6-30 weeks) injected with preDCs[2]
Dosage: 250 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), single dose
Result: Reduced the number of preDCs in lymph nodes.
Had a significant inhibitory effect on T cell migration.
Animal Model: NOD-Nk mice (1-10 weeks)[3]
Dosage: 100 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), from 3 to 8 weeks or from 1 to 10 weeks
Result: Significantly reduced the incidence of insulitis and diabetes.
Animal Model: 2×106 Leishmania major injected BALB/c mice[4]
Dosage: 200 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), single dose
Result: Caused mild swelling and healing of the foot pad, while the control group experienced severe foot pad swelling.
Reduced parasites in the spleen and lymph node (LN) by 100-10000 times.
Increased the level of IFN-γ and reduced the level of IL-4 in the spleen and LN.
Gived mice long-lasting resistance to secondary infections
