Anti-Mouse Ly-6G/Ly-6C Antibody (RB6-8C5) (20 μg，腹腔注射，在诱导脑膜炎前 12 小时此后每 24 小时注射一次，共注射三次) 会耗竭感染 Escherichia coli strain K1 的 C57BL/6 小鼠的中性粒细胞和单核细胞并加剧感染[1]。
Anti-Mouse Ly-6G/Ly-6C Antibody (RB6-8C5) (500 μg，腹腔注射，每 4 天一次) 导致携带 GL26-gal11 肿瘤的雌性 RAG1-/- 小鼠的肿瘤体积增加[2]。

Animal Model: 3×103-5.5×103 CFU of Escherichia coli strain K1 injected C57BL/6 mice (2-3 months, 20-30 g)[1]
Dosage: 20 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), 12 h prior to induction of meningitis and thereafter every 24 h with a total of three injections
Result: Significantly increased the mortality rate of mice and increased the bacterial load in the brain and spleen.
Significantly elevated levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β, IL-6, KC, MIP-2).
Animal Model: 3×104 GL26-gal11 cells injected female RAG1−/− mice (8-10 weeks)[2]
Dosage: 500 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once every 4 days
Result: Significant inhibited Gr-1+ cells (clearance rate 73 %).
Caused a 9.4-fold increase in tumor volume of GL26-gal11.
Reduced the infiltration of Gr-1+/CD11b+ cells and granzyme B+ natural killer (NK) cells in the tumor microenvironment.
