Anti-Mouse MHC Class I (H-2Kd, H-2Dd) Antibody (34-1-2S) can block the interaction between Ly49 and MHC-I. Anti-Mouse MHC Class I (H-2Kd, H-2Dd) Antibody (34-1-2S) can be used for the construction of acute lung injury models[1][2].

Anti-Mouse MHC Class I (H-2Kd, H-2Dd) Antibody (34-1-2S) (45 mg/kg，静脉注射，单次剂量，预刺激 18 小时后) 可以通过联合 Lipopolysaccharides (LPS) (HY-D1056) 预刺激和 CD4+ T 细胞耗竭成功诱导野生型雄性 C57BL/6 小鼠的输血相关急性肺损伤 (TRALI)[1]。

Animal Model: Wild-type male C57BL/6 mice (8-10 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 45 mg/kg, combined with MHC class I H-2Kb mAb (AF6-88.5.5.3) (4.5 mg/kg)
Administration: Intravenous injection (i.v.), single dose, 18 h after pre stimulation
Result: Caused pulmonary edema in the lungs of mice.
Led to the aggregation of polymorphonuclear neutrophils (PMNs) in the lungs.
