Anti-Mouse TL1A/TNFSF15 Antibody (5G4.6) can be used for research on inflammation conditions such as colitis and collagen-induced arthritis (CIA)[1][2].

Anti-Mouse TL1A/TNFSF15 Antibody (5G4.6) (20 mg/kg，腹腔注射，第 -1 天和第 0 天) 显著减轻了 TNBS 诱导的 C57BL/10 小鼠结肠炎的病理表现和死亡率[1]。
Anti-Mouse TL1A/TNFSF15 Antibody (5G4.6) (20 mg/kg，腹腔注射，每 7 天一次，从第 21 天到第 49 天) 有效地减少了患有胶原诱导性关节炎 (CIA) 的雄性 DBA/1J 小鼠的炎症和骨破坏[2]。

Animal Model: TNBS induced colitis C57BL/10 mice [1]
Dosage: 20 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day -1 and 0
Result: Significantly reduced TNBS induced weight loss.
Significantly reduced colitis score.
Significantly reduced inflammation infiltration and mucosal damage.
Might exert its effect by directly inhibiting effector T cell activation rather than regulating Tregs.
Animal Model: Chicken type II collagen (CII) (100 μg) induced male DBA/1 J mice (8-10 weeks)[2]
Dosage: 20 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once every 7 days from day 21 to day 49
Result: Significantly reduced bone erosion in mice.
Had no significant effect on systemic immunity.
Significantly reduced clinical scores.
