hnRNP C1/C2 Antibody (YA1874) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to hnRNP C1/C2.

hnRNP C1/C2 是一种 RNA 结合蛋白，能够结合 pre-mRNA 并介导 40S hnRNP 颗粒的组装。它通过与 mRNA 3'-UTR 或 5'-UTR 中的 poly-U 序列相互作用，调节结合 mRNA 的稳定性和翻译水平。单个 HNRNPC 四聚体可结合 230-240 个核苷酸，而三聚体形式的四聚体则可结合 700 个核苷酸。该蛋白可能在剪接体组装的早期阶段及 pre-mRNA 剪接过程中发挥作用。此外，N6-methyladenosine (m6A) 可通过 'm6A-switch' 机制改变 mRNA 和长链非编码 RNA (lncRNA) 的局部结构，促进 HNRNPC 的结合，从而调控 mRNA 的剪接。

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded rat kidney tissue using hnRNP C1/C2 Antibody. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 8 minutes. The tissues were blocked in QuickBlock for 20 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody at 1/100 dilution in 4℃ overnight. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. Tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
