Antitumor agent-129 (Compound 68) is a thiazolidin-4-one sulfone derivative and an Osteosarcoma (OS) inhibitor with an IC50 value of 0.217 μM, a half-life of 73.8 min (mouse liver microsome) and an excellent pharmacokinetic profile (in vivo bioavailability F = 115%, intraperitoneal administration). Antitumor agent-129 is a potential candidate for OS research[1].
