ATP-¹⁸O₄ disodium salt  (Synonyms: 三磷酸腺苷二钠-¹⁸O₄)

ATP-¹⁸O₄ (disodium salt) is the ¹⁸O labeled ATP disodium salt[1]. ATP disodium salt (Adenosine 5'-triphosphate disodium salt) is a central component of energy storage and metabolism in vivo, provides the metabolic energy to drive metabolic pumps and serves as a coenzyme in cells. ATP disodium salt is an important endogenous signaling molecule in immunity and inflammation[2][3].

Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs^[1].
