BGC1614 is a Nectin-4-targeting bicyclic toxin conjugate (BTC) belonging to the category of peptide-drug conjugates (PDCs). BGC1614 exhibits strong targeted binding ability to Nectin-4, with an KD of 3.859 × 10-7 M. BGC1614 exhibits superior antitumor efficacy in nude mice bearing PC-3 and N87 tumor xenografts. BGC1614 can be used for research related to Nectin-4-overexpressing tumors (such as prostate cancer, gastric cancer)[1].

(In Vivo)

BGC1614 (1.0-3.0 mg/kg，静脉注射，每周一次，持续 21 天) 在携带 PC-3 和 N87 肿瘤异种移植的裸鼠中显示出优异的抗肿瘤疗效[1]。

Animal Model: PC-3 or N87 cells were implanted into nude mice[1]
Dosage: 1.0, 3.0 mg/kg
Administration: i.v., once a week, 21 days
Result: Achieved tumor growth inhibition (TGI) rates of 96.3% in nude mice bearing PC-3 tumor xenografts.
Achieved tumor growth inhibition (TGI) rates of 41.9% and 70.1% respectively in nude mice bearing N87 tumor xenografts.
Showed no significant changes in body weight.
