p53 Activator 15 (Compound 2) is an orally active p53 activator. p53 Activator 15 enhances the bind ability of p53 Y220C to DNA and significantly suppresses cancer cells proliferation (IC50: 58  nM for NUGC-3 cells), without inhibitory activity against CYP enzyme. p53 Activator 15 potently inhibits tumor growth in NUGC-3 xenograft mice model. p53 Activator 15 has a broad-spectrum anti-cancer activity, such as breast, stomach and lung cancer[1].
