Policresulen  (Synonyms: 聚甲酚磺醛)

Policresulen is a competitive inhibitor for DENV2 NS2B/NS3 protease with an IC₅₀ of 0.48 μg/mL. Policresulen can be used as a local hemostatic and antibacterial agent for research of cervical and vaginal inflammation, skin lesions, oral mucosa and gingival inflammation^[1][2].

Policresulen 在 BHK-21 细胞中抑制 DENV2 复制，IC₅₀ 为 4.99 μg/mL。Policresulen 在 BHK-21 细胞中表现出轻微的细胞毒性，IC₅₀ 为 459.45 μg/mL^[1]。
