Rituximab (anti-CD20) 

Rituximab (anti-CD20) is an anti-CD20 chimeric monoclonal antibody used to treat certain autoimmune diseases and types of cancer^[1].

单次注射利妥昔单抗或小鼠抗 CD20 抗体 1F5，在肿瘤出现后 1 天腹膜内给药，可治愈 100% 的动物。在注射肿瘤的动物中，NK 细胞或嗜中性粒细胞或两者的消耗不会影响药物的处理活性。同样，利妥昔单抗能够根除无胸腺裸鼠体内的肿瘤细胞，表明其活性不依赖于 T 细胞^[3]。
