SGB-1534 (hydrochloride) is an orally active, selective and competitive antagonist of the alpha 1-adrenoceptor and the 5-HT2 receptor. SGB-1534 (hydrochloride) can inhibit vasoconstriction and lower blood pressure. SGB-1534 (hydrochloride) can be used for the research of cardiovascular disease, such as hypertension[1][2].

SGB-1534 (hydrochloride) (0.1-3 mg/kg，口服) 在清醒的自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)、肾性高血压大鼠和 DOCA (HY-B1472) 盐诱导的高血压大鼠中均表现出强效且持久的降压作用，但仅轻微增加心率[2]。
