Result: Inhibited primary and secondary tumor growth.

Dosage: 100 μg for the first time and then two 50 μg-doses at 3-day intervals
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection
Result: Elicited long-term survival in 80% of mice and no experimental allergic encephalomyelitis.
Restored CD4 numbers in all locations and Treg cells.
Reestablished a normal CD4proliferative capacity.
Enhanced proliferation and Treg resistance on CD4+CD25- T cells but does not alter Treg suppressive function.
